2018 is Lewis Hamilton’s best season in Formula 1 in the eyes of former Renault driver Jolyon Palmer.

After consecutive podium finishes in the last six weeks, Hamilton leads the 2018 Formula 1 Drivers World Championship by 40 points.

Palmer drove for Renault in the 2016 season and then the majority of the 2017 season before being replaced by Carlos Sainz.
