Sebastian Vettel and Kimi Raikkonen are both confident they can perform well in this weekend’s British Grand Prix, even if their Ferrari Team Principal Maurizio Arrivabene isn’t.
Green Flag F1 ran a story yesterday about Arrivabene’s belief that Silverstone will be a “difficult” weekend for the team, but it’s a theory the drivers seem to disagree with.
“I think that if we can put things where we want them to be and do our best we can score good points,” Kimi Raikkonen said on Thursday in Britain.
Sebastian Vettel agreed, remarking to media, “there’s always the chance to do well.”
Ferrari has been unable to grace Silverstone’s top step since 2011 whilst Mercedes has won every race in Britain during the hybrid era.
